Can Picadi help if we do not use Laserfiche?
Yes. Picadi helps with document management, information structure, process design, migration and integration across a range of ECM and AI tools. A move to Laserfiche is not a prerequisite. Tell us about your existing systems and what you want to improve.
Can we engage Picadi for a small assignment?
Yes. A consultancy day, a system review, a difficult workflow or a migration plan can be a useful starting point. We agree the work, fees and deliverables with you before starting.
Do you work with other consultancies and service providers?
Yes. Picadi provides specialist subcontracted consultancy and delivery support, from focused technical assignments to longer projects. We work alongside your team, with clear responsibilities and a client relationship agreed with you.
We already use Laserfiche. Where should we start?
Start with what needs attention: a workflow, a configuration issue, an upcoming renewal or a wider improvement plan. Picadi can review the environment and help you prioritise the next steps. For an existing support incident, use your agreed support channel.
Can Laserfiche work alongside SharePoint?
Yes, with an integration designed around your requirements. Picadi can assess how documents and business information should move or be linked, including the interfaces, permissions and licences needed. A one-off migration and ongoing synchronisation need different designs.
Is this general IT support or physical document scanning?
No. Picadi focuses on document management, automation, integration and technical consultancy, including digital capture configuration. Physical scanning, shredding, archive storage and general managed IT are not services we provide.
